fitness for adults

Do you sit at a desk most of the day?  Has your lifestyle become more inactive?  Not sure what to do or how to stick with a program?  Keep going back and forth - when to start, how to start and stick to it? Ready to get started and take control of your fitness?

According to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, of the leading causes of death in the United States, 57% were caused by cardiovascular disease and cancer, and nearly 80% of the deaths could have been prevented if a healthier lifestyle was followed.

Although many individuals are more health conscious than ever before, with modern technology and automation many individuals are sitting in an office with long hours and are required to move less on a daily basis. The inactivity has led to increased incidents of lifestyle diseases and injury.
